1. Parties

2. Date Due
At the maturity date 732(e-Republok date), Borrower will donate 224.2Gto Lender, interest at 12.1% per month within.
3.Promise to Pay
By the schedule stated above, Borrower promises topay to Lender, loan payment and interestand other charges as below stated schedule.
4. Responsibility
Although this agreement may be signed below by more than one person, eachof the undersigned understand that they are each as individuals responsible andjointly and severally liable for paying back the full amount.
5. Amount of loan payments
Lender will donate 200G to Borrower within 24 hours of signing this contract.
6.Prepayment
Borrower has the right to prepay the whole outstanding amount at any time.
7. Late Charge
Any installment not paid within Two (2) days of its due date shall be subjectto a late charge of 5% of the payment, not to exceed 5% of gold price in Chinamonetary market for any such late installment.

The deed of his/her company (Hand the company over tothe lender) which admin shall transfer over to lender if loan is not paid. Iffor any reason Borrower fails to make any payment on time, Borrower shall be indefault. The Lender can then demand immediate payment of the entire remainingunpaid balance of this loan, without giving anyone further notice. If Borrowerhas not paid the full amount of the loan when the final payment is due, theLender will charge Borrower interest on the unpaid balance at 10 percent (%)per Month of the Chinarate for gold exchange.
In thevalidity of this contract period, the activity of mortgage property transferredor re-mortgaged is not allowed.
9. Right of Offset
If this loan becomes past due, the Lender will have the right to pay this loanfrom any deposit or security Borrower has in his/her name such as a company,without notice to him/her.
If the Lender gives Borrower an extension of time to pay this loan, he/shestill must repay the entire loan.
